I think a nice steady brisk walking pace for me will   get the job done. 
Don't you? *smurky grin*. I didn't know Bret was injured. I really do 
think he ought have hung it up as he said he would if Sherman bought the 
farm. He is too young to be messing around risking health issues to plague 
him the rest of his days. Sooner or later his age will catch up to him 
anyway. And well, you do know about all that part don't you Kathy. *really 
big smurky grin*. I ought be ashamed of my making sport of you as such, 
but it is just so much fun. It's like the old Lay's potato chip 
commercial, "You can't have just one". Plus I know you can take it. But 
I'll digress before I get whooped by the ol... big sis.
