Chester and Mike,

Since my dog only gets dry food that's not too much of an issue, as I can
get his food and drop it into his bowl from the scoop. For water, I fill a
pitcher and pour it in, and rinse the bowl out about every other day, when
it gets empty, or close to it. Half the time, even right after I've filled
his water bowl, he drinks out of the toilet anyway. I_would_ like to be
able to get down on the floor to play with him, and get back into my chair
without having to call the fire department.  ;-{)}

Kendall

An unreasonable man (but my wife says that's redundant!)

The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one
persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore, all progress
depends on the unreasonable man.

-George Bernard Shaw 1856-1950
