It's not clear to me what you're saying.
You get a video signal eventually?
What happens if you turn on the computer first, then the monitor?
Is the monitor plugged into the wall, or an outlet in the computer?
What kind of computer is this? Do you have integrated video or a
separate card?
"No input signal" implies that the video card or motherboard is at
fault, "Power unplugged" is a completely different problem.
