Thank you, dear Sheila, for your added support and of course that of all on 
this list.

Yes, we had a very similar situation in a church once some years ago when 
asking if anyone wished to take on a paid cleaner's job for us.  In 
response, we heard someone say "They need to go to Social Services", which 
was a sentiment to which almost all others appeared to agree.  A dear 84 
year old around said she'd have gladly come to help us if her health had 
been good enough!
