how long ago was this that your dose got cut in half? cos halfing the dose
may have alleviated the hyper symptoms but you might now be underdosed. you
might need to increase again till you're more than this but under the dose
you were at before.

headaches were never one of my symptoms. my main symptoms are currently
extreme joint pain (each joint usually feels as bad as a wrenched ankle) and
complete exhaustion. i was on armour for 2 years, up to 180mg, with little
to no improvement. 2 weeks ago my doctor switched me to levoxyl and
cytomel, just starting doses for both, cos we're being careful, and already
my energy has improved much. i guess armour isn't the best drug for me. it
certainly isn't the best drug for everyone, as my osteopath told me she's
had people respond better with levoxyl after trying synthroid and armour.
she put me on cytomel as well for the t3, but yes, cytomel can be added to
armour as well. i think she just switched me to levoxyl cos i haven't
responded to armour. and since my energy is up even though my body can't
keep up with me, i'm hopeful that as my doses increase, my pain will
decrease.

very glad to hear you're able to exercise again, by the way. perhaps
that'll help melt off the 30lbs. i didn't gain more than 20 and still carry
about 11--recently started losing weight again. 5 years is a long time to
be in pain. for me, it's been a little over 2 years now.

good luck!
baron
