Yours might be tachycardia, but the definitive test is to wear a Holter monitor for long enough to get a recording of the heartbeat.
For a specialist, see an electrophysiologist, NOT a cardiologist.
For most, it is a mineral deficiency, see conference room 61 at afibbers.org for DIY solutions for that. I seem to have fixed mine with a high fat raw dried meat zero carb diet.
