I assume RLS = restless legs, I can't think of anything else with
those letters. Also, you don't say what your foot problem is?
Have you tried going carnivorous for a week or two? It could be a
vegetable you're eating. Alternatively, it could be a chemical
you're exposed to, maybe gas/petrol/diesel fumes or some household
chemical.
I had night cramps regularly for a long time, and they went on for
months (if not longer) when I switched to paleo. But they eventually
disappeared. So it might be something that needs time to recover.
(Having said all this, I woke up with the start of foot cramp around
8.30 this morning, but it went away when I stood up for a few
minutes. It's very rare these days though).
