I'm running Vista on a Compaq Presario F750US.  When I try to run Windows
Update, I get an error message:
Code 8024402C
 
I don't have much running on this computer, so I don't know what the
problem is.  I even put back all the items in Startup to see if something
was missing, but it still didn't work.
