Hello, 
I have an external hard drive that's playing up. It should automatically install itself but whenever I plug it in it connects and then about 15 seconds later it disconnects by itself. A CD of drivers came with it (for Win98 pc's) and I tried installing then but it still says there are no drivers present. I'm stuck!
