I am having trouble with my sound on my computer. When I try to play a CD with
sound, it says Media player cannot play because there is no sound device. I checked my mother board and the sound module is on it. And on the control panel is states no sound device. I have a sound card I recently purchased, but not sure if I can put it on the board to get sound. I have one empty slot on the motherboard. Yes I have checked my speakers. In fact I installed a new set of speakers and still nothing. Any suggestions.
