1. Is removing the HD from an old computer and installing it into the enclosure a no-brainer?

2. Other than plugging it in (and hopefully its getting recognized) is there anything else to do to set up this configuration? 

3. In my case, the HD has Win 95 files I need to access on my XP - any problems with this?
