I should have been paying more attention.  Just last night I heard the tail
end of a Christian program on the radio and they had written a book
answering all the questions in that book.  I can't even recall what time I
was listening to the radio either so I'm not much help.  I know I have seen
places on the web relating to answers and why it is far from Biblical.
