Below you will find a typical cop-out response from Slim Fast.
Queried them about the GF status of one of their Optima snack Bars
that seemed to be GF on reading the ingredients list. I tried it and
had the usual response which could have been from the bar or some
other food product that I consumed but this answer got be no closer
to figuring out the source. - Gerry

condition Celiac Sprue prevents you from eating such grains as wheat,
