Well, fruit-combining theory seems to ban mixing fruit and meat together. I think the idea is that they require different digestive acids(alkali/acid) to get digested plus fruit tends to get digested faster than meat, so fruit after meat is bad, but fruit at least 30 minutes before meat-intake is OK.
