I got this from the list owner myself. It is published with the list
confirmation. This should put to rest what can, and cannot, be talked about
on the list. Oh, we have 146 subscribers. I bet lots are set to no mail
but that's understandable.

* I envision this list as serving most every purpose relating to the hobby
* that could possibly be of interest to any of it's members--from getting
* started to comparing notes on "blind-friendly" equipment (or how to make
* equipment which might not appear to fall into that category do so),
* from setting up schedules to sharing hobby-related experiences, and
* discussing the social ramifications amateur radio has had on our lives
* (the opportunity to meet new people, etc.), and most everything in
* between. If it's even remotely related to amateur radio in general and
* the blind community's participation in it in particular, it will be fair
* game for discussion, within the normal bounds of courtesy, good taste,
* and the like.
