Hi Jerry;
Don't remember if there was a port on the 751 or not but it was a nice easy 
to use radio.  The tape recorder idea gets my vote.
I am curious as to the specifics regarding the button that got accidentally 
pushed and the tone you were getting from the radio.  You said you thought 
the v f o was turned off.  I've been trying to remember that radio and I 
can't think of what type of tone you were hearing.  Did you get the problem 
fixed?
