Where did you go on the nat-com.com site to get the public services frequency book?  Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't see it there.

linked to and part of the www.nat-com.com site) and those seem to be codes 
that either he or the FCC has devised for broad categories of service, which 
probably explains why I didn't find them on the FCC site.
