heck, one of the radios i had, and shortly got rid of, a modified yaesu 
ft23r could pick up the cab channels and i am not sure why to this day the 
guy did this, he had it so you could broadcast on that channel..i didnt 
say anything but i did notice you could not only listen to all channels, 
but you could transmit on them too..
is this how some are or should this guy have been in trouble?


if  helen keller is alone in a forest and falls, does she make a sound?
