if it's another radio that the face can't be attached to the radio directly, when it's time for something new my loyalties will be changing.

  I can't help much on these radios, but I did talk to a guy who works at a 
  e s here in town, and he says they have indeed discontinued the 707 and 
  the prices hasn't dropped as the radios are hard to find.  He says no one 
  at Kenwood is saying what will replace it.  Dayton, maybe??
