I"ll look at that.  The computer clock should be set to zulu
time.  Am on cdt for the rest of the world, but this machine
runs zulu time.
AS I type this message it is 0625 utc.  IT might not
actually get uploaded to the server until early in the
morning, probably around 1330 utc when I download and upload
email.
