Occasionally I hear something.  My Kenwood 440 went off to
be repaired so I can't listen there at the moment.  I'm
going to ask the guy to open it up so I can check it out a
little more.  TO me it's a good band for region
emergency/disaster comms.  I"m interested in seeing it used
more by public service nets etc.  SO far not much, but
occasionally I'll hear a qso on it.

WHat we don't use we lose.
