Jeff,

I own one back in the late seventies.  Great radio.  I lived in a small town
in western Colorado at the time.  armed Forces radio ran 24 hour news from
networks of all the major networks.  I listened to them on just about every
band.  Miss it, too.  It was a super low band low frequency radio, too.  I'd
still have it but finally wore it out and it burned up.  Never did figure
out why.
