Sunday morning, I nearly could not get out of bed.  When I did and began to
dress, I had to quickly set back down on the bed because my back was pulling
so hard and the pain was incredible.  An hour or so later, the pain dropped
away and throughout the rest of the day, I rarely noticed it.  Tonight it is
feeling nearly normal.  I can stand up from a sitting position without
thinking about it or feeling pain or without having to hold on to something
for support.  So I thank God for that.  I think I'll be careful not to do
any lifting for another week, however.
