I like that! And a very astute observation on the origins bamh. I once 
signed my notes with an emphatic expression of my given initials: "BAM!". 
But when I tried to design a website for myself many moons ago, I found out 
"E" had trademarked them (including the !), giving me no choice but to 
change my shorthand signature to "bam."  I was so upset that he could 
trademark my initials, I actually stopped watching his show. The "h" was 
added a couple years ago through much ceremony, but I couldn't see myself as 
merely "bah." so I became bamh. Most people still know me by the "m" not the 
"h", which I maintain is silent. Just don't tell Mr. h.
