Not much 220 in my area either Jeff.  There's a repeater about maybe 40
minutes away, but can't hit it with just the antenna on the TH-F6A

I didn't think much of the 220 band, is it active in your area?  It sure
isn't here, though we have some stuff on 220.  When I got the radio I didn't
know what I was in for in terms of coverage and the fact that it had a whole
other receiver!
