Have any of you guys ever put jacks on cat 5 cable? If so, I would
appreciate it if you would tell me exactly how you did it. I don't think it
is a big deal but I would like to know about trimming the ends of the cable
and sliding it into the jack so I don't waste any jacks, if possible. I
have put on telephone jacks but it has been a long time ago. I know it
takes a special tool which I plan to get. Thanks for any info. I want to
connect a couple of computers and I am using a linksis router.

Best Wishes,
