Okay, I called Uniden and here's what they told me. All of their scanners 
can be reset to the factory defaults with one of two different key 
sequences: hold down 2, 9, and Hold or 2, 9, and Manual on the scanner and 
turn it on. My SC150 doesn't have a Manual key, so 2, 9, and Hold did the 
trick.

Incidentally, if your scanner has any pre-programmed freqs in it (the SC150 
has all of the NOAA weather freqs and a WX search mode), those will not be 
cleared, since they're hard coded.
