Hi.

I played with that on some scripts that I maintain and found it to be 
flaky.  I suppose that is why they don't use it anymore, but if you want to 
dig into the scripting language and customize your default scripts, the 
code is still there in the language to set up the top edge event and bottom 
edge event to announce the top and bottom edges.

I played with it for about a week, and decided it was more trouble than it 
was worth.
