Hi Ray;
I have never worked with this device however, I have a DecTalk Express and I
had a BRAILLE display.
In earlier versions of jaws I could just unplug the DecTalk and plug in the
BRAILLE display and it worked just fine.
I spoke with JAWS about it and they did not have a fix.

Subject: [BLIND-HAMS] rigblaster and jaws
Forgive the cross deck as I have also cross decked this to the blind tech
reflector. I have a RigBlaster plus from
West Mountain Radio

The device is a soundcard to radio interface and here's where I think I
have a bit of uncertainty. JAWS needs to
see a serial connection for the DEC express There is only one serial port
on the beast. WMR provides a DB9M DB9F
cable with the DB9F connecting to the beast. They also provide a USB to
DB9M cable with an appropriate driver which
I am told will allow the creation of virtual serial ports. Question here
is JAWS needs to see comm. 2 through that
port. Not sure which port the RigBlaster will need to see in combination
with the recommended EchoStation software.
Has anyone worked with this particular setup and were there any problems
with either the creation of virtual ports
or getting an external synth to play?
