Hey Tom, Does the annalizer read it in CW out of the box?

It appears most of the MFJ analyzers are similar in basic
construction,so 
as we'll say in the article, you can probably d so:

However since you can readout the frequency in C.W. why do you need
thevisual display? and If you can see the visual display why do ytou
need the C.W. counter?

The 209 only displays VSWR which is read using the VCO we designed per
the article.  It could be expanded with switching and probably other
work, to 
read impedance meters where available.
