What do _you_ mean that you don't understand about the check box? If you
follow my directions, you can't miss it. For the computer to check for and
correct the time at bootup, the check box that's in the Date and Time dialog
on the Internet Time tab should be checked.

I just bought this computer in August, so if the battery is going, then Dell
will replace it.

I know about the date and time setting, but I am not sure what you mean by a
check box for that.
