Lou thanks a lot the Piexx Company was exactly what I needed.  They had the 
board and   I have ordered.

Hi Bob.

The speech board is the VS1 synthesizer, and the tone board is the TU5
board.  You can get aftermarket versions of both of these boards from the
PIEXX Company.
