These are good points.  I am sure you and the others are right, that the
extra ram is taken up by the "on board" video.

However, since this computer is also used by my XYL, who is sighted, I can't
justify taking the "on board" video off.

So, it looks like I may want to get more RAM sometime soon in the future.

I have to believe that this computer has slots for more RAM, but I haven't
yet had the chance to check that out.

Will keep it in mind, though, for when Jaws 8.0 comes out.
