Hi Phil.

Well, I am on 2 meters.  But, I suppose you meant HF, and to tell you the 
truth, I've never run more than about 140 watts on HF (the measured output 
from my old Kenwood TS680S -- it ran a good bit better than spec!).

Unless, of course, you want to consider the little companion amp that I ran 
with my Ten Tec Argonaut 509.  I forget the model number of the Ten Tec 
companion amp that turned a Argonaut into a full powered HF station, but 
then, again, it's solid state, but not what you meant, I bet.  I'm such a 
big help!
