No, I never had a manual for it.  I am not sure, but I believe it is 
function key 4 held down together.  But then you have to know the position 
of the tone you want to key in.  For example, if 114.8 was in position 16, 
you'd have to key in the number 16.  And it probably doesn't carry all the 
newer tones.  But maybe someone on this list has a manual, or possibly it 
may be on the I Can Work This Thing website.
