If you are refering to intermod noise, like pagers, or intermod from near by
repeater sights, then yes, there are filters availible to get rid of that
noise.
However, if you use one of these filters, you might as well not be using an
outdoor antenna since they reduce the gain of the antenna so much.
You shouldn't be getting horrible amount of intermod anyway, some yes, but
nothing that can't be tollerated.
Also, if your local repeaters have ctcss tones, put them in and that will
totally eliminate intermod.
Beyond intermod, outdoor antennas do not cause higher noise levels at
all...not on FM anyway.
