Hello Tom.  I am wondering also if you need to empty out your temporary 
internet files.  To do this, open up internet explorer, then go to tools, 
then internet options, and you will be on the "general" tab.  Just tab over 
to where it says "temporary internet files" then hit spacebar, then it will 
ask if you also want to empty out offline content, press spacebar again, 
then it will ask, "are you sure you want to perform these actions?" and you 
press enter on yes.  That will clear out your temporary internet files which 
may also help.  Once that is done, tab over to ok, and you are out of the 
menus.
