Hi Dan,

Maybe I wasn't clear in what I said, but clearly, code is not  
required for HF privileges *if* the basic is passed with an 80% or  
better. If the lower pass mark is achieved, then one must also pass  
the 5 WPM test for HF privileges (or, I suppose, retake the test?).  
Me, I'd just as soon take the code test. :)
