ebay is actually one of the easiest and most accessible web sites out there.
You just have to use your insert F7 function to bring up the list of links
and go through until you find the category you want, then enter and do the
same on the next page until you get to the category and listings you want to
see.
It is true, its a big site with lots of links, but if you use the insert f7,
you can get past much of the spaces and useless stuff.
If you want to find scanners, do a search for radio scanner in the search
box on the main ebay.com page and it will bring up lots of listings for
stuff.
Just make sure you delete the text that is already in the search box,
control A and delete will get rid of the whole line.
There is actually a scanners category on ebay under consumer electronics.
