I bought my Kenwood THK2AT with the AA holder for just thet purpose and can't say enough good things about it. If you get one you won't be disappointed. Super performance, I got mine on ebay, very easy to use, it's really got a solid feel to it when you hold it. I find with the AA holder, on the lower power settings it really lasts a long time too.
