Hi Bob, the information I got didn't specify but wait just a minute and I
will send a message to the list I got the info from and ask about that and
other details.  I'm curious, but what equipment do you have, and what have
you heard on those low frequencies?  I have heard nothing but CW beacons
and buzzing and that's it.
