Hi;
The ict90 is computer programmable that is you can load frequencies into 
memory via the software. The bad news is that unlike kenwood the software 
isn't free.  Thus far no problems with the sma connector but it never hurts 
to be careful with it.  The antenna that comes with the radio is a joke.

Hi Rich.

Is this one software programmable like most of the other Icom handhelds?  I
use the T7H and found that software is really the way to go.

By the way, I went with the T7H because it still uses a BNC connector for
the antenna.  Are those of you that are using the IC-T90A or the Kenwood
THF6A (the other radio I considered) finding the SMA connectors to be a
problem?
