Apparently, these guys got caught only when their pink slips bounced back as 
undeliverable, which makes sense--it's the only way the FCC really has of 
knowing that the address in the database is invalid. I guess if you're an 
A-1 operator, you're okay. <g>

that's funny, the person who lived here before I did never changed his
mailing address either for a while, he had a tech license but never used it.
Anyway after his license expired for 6 months or so, he renewed it and did
that with the new address, I'm surprised they let it go through. He'll never
use it anyway, he never has and he was licensed before I was.
