Ok, I guess all of you are tired of hearing about the voice synth. Well you
won't have to hear any more. I found one and it has been paid for and
ordered. There was a guy in New Jersey that had one and I got it for
$115.00. Kind of pricy but that's how it goes. Suply and demand. Any way,
I spoke to my dad who has the radio. He is listening with a 24 foot wire
and is picking up Columbia, Honduras, and most states in the US. Pretty
good for a wire. Dad is going to assemble a hfv6 butternut antenna tomorrow
and he will be bringing the radio to me next week. I can't transmit yet but
I look forward to listening. That will give me the encouragment I need to
push on with my studdies. Anyway, thanks for the advice and help and of
course patience. You guys are great and have been really helpfull.
