Hi.

Is programming software and cable for programming the VX5R still available
anywhere?

Dealing with the PL tones is proving to be very difficult to handle
non-visually, and my thinking is to just go in with software and load up
all the local repeaters with PL tones into the memories and show her how to
address the memories and go back to the VFO when she wants to do general
listening.
