Howard,
Yes, you need to get the waves.zip file from Scott's site. Or, contact me
off-list and I can send what I have to you.
I always have had my screen reader running only in case I need to left-click
an entry to edit a mistake, i.e. putting in the wrong section number. But,
if you were just doing the straight entry, you could probably get by without
a screen-reader. I don't remember without looking, and this isn't my
station computer so I don't have the software installed, but you may not get
prompts for changing bands, so that's why I have the screen reader.
And, it does announce Dupes.
