I recently got a new one, it was a denon one, but can't remember the model
number.
it does have a few menus for eq settings, surround modes and such, but they
are all single menus, that have different buttons to get in to them, you can
also hear what you are doing as you are altering the settings, so I would
say that it is about as accessible as you are going to get on a 7.1 setup.
