cut wont' work, copy will though.if that doesn't work, does the drive you're 
trying to copy to work normally? Is the CD you're writing to formatted? most 
art but it's a thought, is that CD bad?did you try another CD? I've had bad 
CD's before, especially the time I got a lot of Memorex CD's.

I tried that and it says my drive is not accessible.

I made certain that the cd is blank.

It is just so frustrating.
