Not sure what you call this box, but it is supposed to extend the range of 
built-in antenna tuners.  I bought one of these used a while back, but 
don't have a clue how to use it.  It has 3 s o 239 connecters, what are 
these?  Also, I assume the switch on top selects more capacitance or 
something.  Any help appreciated.
