A repeater in range of my HT just added Echolink.  It seems to be linked 
most of the time.  What I need to know is how to contact friends on the 
system when I'm not at my computer when they may have their computer on 
EchoLink but not listening to the repeater near here.  I assume it all has 
to do with the Node Number and DTMF tone pad.
